Maintenance planner

We are recruiting a Maintenance Planner to work for our client, a leading Biofuels company, within an E I discipline. Location ndash; Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire Onsite Full time, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hrs per week Type ndash; Permanent Salary ndash; up to GBP48,000 pa plus benefits As a Maintenance Planner you will be planning and delivering planned work to enable scheduled work is carried out, drive 6-week work execution plans and to support upcoming Interventions TARs. Ensuring Work Orders are fully specified, with individual steps identified, fully prepared and all tools, equipment and spares required to complete the task available to enable safe and on-time execution. Maintenance Planner responsibilities * Review work orders for completeness and returns work orders to gatekeeper if incomplete or there is insufficient detail to progress * Identify task parts, activities, tools, services and equipment necessary to execute job. * Orders off-site services. On-site services to be coordinated by the scheduler * Prepare work pack, detailing parts, services, resource, duration and cost data in CMMS. * Prepare Risk Assessment Method Statement (RAMS) including Permit Request * Maintain the Maintenance System (CMMS) to plan all maintenance and engineering work * Plan On and Off Site maintenance disciplines, including work to fill a ldquo;six-week schedule rdquo; * Develop outage/ shutdown planned work as necessary to optimise workflow * Liaise with Maintenance Assistant/Stores and Procurement for material/ spares and repair status until received by the maintenance department * Perform data closure quality check for WO rsquo;s and ensure hours are recorded together with as found, works carried out/ repair documentation * Analyse CMMS metric, reports on resource utilisation and input staffing changes that may be necessary based on historical trends and forecasts * Maintain and manage weekly and monthly metrics, logs and records to assist in KPI tracking What we are looking for * NVQ level 3 Qualified in a relevant discipline * 3 years + experience as a maintenance planner within E I * Experience working with AX Dynamics * Previous exposure to an upper tier COMAH site * To comply and report all Health, Safety and Environmental policies, procedures and arrangements * Follow company policies, procedures and arrangements to ensure compliance with the management systems for ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001 ISO9001. * Ability to interpret OEM manuals, data sheets and various other drawings in order to present the required information to the technicians to enable work execution We consider every CV that is submitted to us, however please note that time constraints and high volumes of CVs we are only able to get back to those applications that are successful.
