Currently seeking a Personal Assistant/Executive PA to join their team, our client emphasises that while familiarity with the construction sector is advantageous, it is not mandatory. They are seeking an individual proficient in touch typing and adept at providing effective support to directors. Responsibilities: * Administrative support to directors * Demonstrating proficiency in or a readiness to acquire skills in Xero accounting software * Overseeing tasks associated with social value, apprenticeships, and training. * Demonstrated experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive PA * Proficient touch typing abilities * Fundamental comprehension or willingness to acquire knowledge of Xero accounting software * Experience in the construction industry is advantageous but not obligatory Candidates possessing organiz=sational acumen, adaptability, and readiness to undertake diverse responsibilities are encouraged to apply.
