Job title: Administrator Location: Sudbury - CO10 (First couple of weeks to be based fully on site for training with potential for flexible hybrid working thereon after) Contract length: 6 month initial contract - Potential to be extended / made permanent Pay Rate: GBP12.24 per hour PAYE Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO MSP Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for an Administrator on behalf of a global company in the Medical Services/Healthcare Services industry. This role is on an initial 6 month contract and to be based at their Sudbury office location with potential for flexible hybrid working after the initial training period. The Administrator will assist the companies planning department, supporting the buyers and planners with general admin tasks: emailing, filing, letters to suppliers, organising meetings and room bookings, running reports on materials bought by planners (some reports need to be sent early to need to be flexible with some 7:30 am starts and then early finishes). Previous experience with Microsoft Excel Pivot tables, V look ups and SAP is beneficial but training can be provided to candidates who are open to learning. Responsibilities: * Producing Excel spreadsheet reports for teams in Planning Department * Helping with link with warehouse and other departments * Arranging internal meetings and room bookings * Email handling (internal and external) * General support for Planning department * Maintain records and filing systems; type and/or enter data into computer systems, including Office application or specialised software packages such as SAP * Prepare specialised routine report and correspondence, and/or statistics Key Skills / Experience Required: * Previous Administration experience * Good I.T skills (Excel, Work, PowerPoint, Teams etc.) * Skilled in use of MS Excel for reporting purposes - Pivot Tables, V looks ups would be ideal but happy for someone who is willing to learn * Experience in producing daily reports for teams * Self-disciplined * Any previous SAP experience would be advantageous but not essential We are committed to providing equal employment opportunities and encourage all qualified candidates to apply.
