Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer Liverpool St, Central London GBP38,000 - GBP40,000 + 25 Days Holiday + 8 BH Your new company * One of the largest Facilities Management Technical Services provider. Your new role * Working in a multi-skilled maintenance role, Mon - Fri, 40-hour week, across a prestigious, commercial office building, based in Central London. * Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance duties. You will be working with a range of building service appliances. * Emergency light testing, fire alarm testing, light replacements, light maintenance, HVAC, AHU rsquo;s, FCU rsquo;s, water hygiene, basic plumbing, temp checks, minor repairs, fault finding and any other general building service maintenance duties. * You will be liasing with clients and stakeholders at different levels daily. What you #39;ll need to succeed * The ideal candidate will hold electrical or mechanical qualifications ideally, not essential. * Experience in a facilities maintenance / building service role is essential. * Strong communication skills. * Can do attitude, willing to be flexible.
