Site Manager Do you want to own part of the pie? This is an ideal role for someone who wants to transition into project management and ultimately business ownership. A well-established, small residential building and refurbishment contractor is looking to add an ambitious Site Manager to their team ndash; as a Site Manager, It rsquo;s a slightly different role in the sense of - you rsquo;ll be floating between projects, have a fully employed labour force and responsible for a few more parts of the process. Ultimately, you rsquo;ll end up owning part of the firm as the owner looks to take a step back over the next few years. The successful Site will join a small team specialising in bespoke residential luxury one off builds and refurbishment projects throughout Surrey, Farnham and Hampshire. The company has a great pipeline of works and operate on an incredible margin. The Site Manager rsquo;s Role The successful Site manager will flick between a handful of projects up to GBP2million the larger projects will have a manager on, you rsquo;ll be responsible for Man Management (all employed by the company), Buying, Take offs, short term programming. Projects are all high end refurbishments and new builds, the company deliver a stunning end product. You rsquo;ll be responsible for the day to day running of the projects with support from a visiting contracts manager and a direct line in the director of the business, who remains hands on.
