The role - Quantity Surveyor As a Quantity Surveyor you will be working on a large high-rise development in the centre of Manchester which consists of 1 high rise tower going up to 45 stories, commercial units and a sub-basement car park. You will be reporting into the Senior QS and Commercial Manager overseeing the project and will be responsible for the following duties: Preparation of bills and/or schedules for quantities of materials, labour and services required in the construction and refurbishment of building works in relation to both Estimating and Post contract duties. Assisting with the preparation of CVR reports. Preparation and valuation of progress and submission to client. Sub-contract procurement. Sub-contract valuations and payments in connection with any contract. Required skills/experience: Have a degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying. At least 2-5 years post graduate experience. Have a strong main contracting background. This role is ideal for a driven and passionate person who is able to work within a fast paced Tier 1 environment. How to apply?
