Teaching assistant

Are you a kind and caring individual who has experience working with children who have previously struggled in mainstream schools? The school supports and educates children and young people with needs associated with Communication and Interaction difficulties linked with medical conditions such as ASC, ADHD and Adverse Childhood Experiences. They often work with children and young people who have experienced poor mental health and anxiety. It is important that the staff work together to put the best interests of the pupils first. The placement is extremely rewarding, and it is essential that the right candidate is able to develop strong and positive relationships with the students to help them achieve and feel comfortable whilst under their care. Specialist provision- Ellesmere Port Hours/Days: Monday-Friday, 8.00am-3.00pm (Term-Time only) Competitive rate GBP85-GBP100 daily Start date- As soon as possible. They will be able to create bonds with students in order to build trust and help guide them to achieve to the best of their ability.
