Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with teachers to support lesson delivery and classroom activities as a Teaching Assistant. Provide targeted one-on-one or small group support to students as directed. Assist in preparing engaging learning materials and resources to enhance lesson effectiveness. Foster positive relationships with students to support their social and emotional development. Implement behavior support strategies in alignment with school policies to maintain a positive learning environment. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential. Genuine passion for education and commitment to student well-being. Strong communication and interpersonal skills as a Teaching Assistant. Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic educational environment.
