HR Advisor Up to GBP35,000 12 month contract Rural Maidstone Monday to Friday - 35 hour week - early finish Friday (lunchtime) 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) Closing date Wednesday 15th May 2024 Interviews Monday 20th May 2024 Start data ASAP We are working in partnership with a marketing-leading manufacturing company in the rural Maidstone area who are looking for an experienced HR Advisor join their busy, close-knit department. The successful HR Advisor will be a generalist who is confident, and keen, on working within a team where everyone gets involved with all aspects of HR across all areas of the business. My client has a number of projects coming up so the successful HR Advisor will ideally have experience within this area, for example, looking at an appraisal system for the company; revamping the onboarding process and updating of their job descriptions with consultation with managers / employees. The duties for this HR Advisor role will include but not be limited to: Providing support to Managers on all people related issues; ensuring issues are highlighted, escalated and actioned before they become a risk to the business. Providing coaching and mentoring to line managers, helping them to improve people management capabilities.
