Head of product payments

I am currently recruiting a Head of Product ndash; Payments to work for an award-winning fintech. The Head of Product, Payments will be responsible for building and developing a high-performing team of Product Managers, delivery and performance of payments products for the business. bull; Defining and managing the roadmap for payments products across the business and will report into the CPO. bull; Drive cross-functional alignment with product strategy by building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders bull; Adhere to the product governance framework ensuring team meets key milestones and delivers high quality documentation bull; Set your team #39;s product goals, success metrics and roadmap. Managing a team of 10+ Product Managers and Product owners. bull; Must have experience across UK payment schemes, BACS, CHAPS, Faster Payments and international payments would be advantageous. bull; Monitor product performance against OKRs and KPIs and communicate this to the business in relevant forums. bull; 5+ years of experience working with a high-growth tech company or working in payments service providers, UK Payments, card schemes, payments gateway, card acquirers, banking/finance-related business areas. bull; 2+ years of experience in coaching and developing Managers of Managers, empowering them and setting them up for continued success and broad impact. bull; Experience of working within B2B2C environments would be advantageous. bull; Must have experience across scale up, fintech and financial services consultancies. Salary Range: GBP140,000 to GBP160,000 Bonus, Pension, Holiday allowance etc. Location: White City ndash; Hybrid working Full time role - 4 days a week in the office.
