Operations supervisor yard transport

We provide a fulfilling and enjoyable work environment with ample opportunities for career growth, along with a competitive salary, staff discount, life assurance, and 33 days of holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) Hours - 7.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday Jewson Civils Fraser, 25 Bakewell Road, Loughborough, LE11 5QY Key Responsibilities Welcome customers to the branch and take an active interest in their projects Managing team of 4 including Yard team and Drivers Producing monthly reports Supporting the Branch Manager Ensure your team are set up for the day, including delivery drivers with route planning Help to process and prepare customer orders - load and unload customer and supplier vehicles using a forklift truck to minimise manual handling (training will be provided!) Work as a direct support the management team and act as a keyholder when needed Check incoming deliveries and report missing or damaged products Maintain stock levels in both the warehouse and yard areas, carrying out regular stock counts Keep the branch looking clean and tidy and make Health Safety a priority Work with colleagues to suggest opportunities for improvement What #39;s in it for you?
