Kingston Barnes is recruiting for an HSEQ Manager in the Wiltshire area on behalf of one of our clients. They are a leader in their field and provide products and services to their clients across the UK. The Company: Our company is one of the largest stainless steel fabrication companies in Europe and specialises in the manufacture of machinery and process plant for the water industry. The company supplies many leading UK water companies with the equipment and plant needed to ensure water treatment is safe and effective. The Role: You will be responsible for the maintenance, development and improvement of the health, safety, environmental and quality management systems, and the monitoring of the HSEQ performance of the company. You will join the senior management team and play a key role in the business. Other responsibilities include but not limited to: * Manage industry and sector-related audits * Ensure compliance and updates of Health and Safety register * Provide support to other managers to promote and maintain the SHEQ culture * Investigate accidents and near-misses * Keep up to date with applicable legislative changes * Management of documents * Participate in strategic reviews to ensure HSEQ objectives form part of the company goals The Candidate: * NEBOSH Qualified and holds IOSH membership * Health and safety management background from the engineering and manufacturing sector * Knowledge of legislative standards * Highly motivated with a passion to succeed * IT Literate and proficient in the use of ERP systems * Hold a clean UK driving licence Benefits: * GBP45,000-GBP50,000 * Pension contribution * BUPA Healthcare scheme * 23 days holiday + 8 banks * Company bonus * Sick bonus * DIS benefit * EAP If interested or you would like to find out more information please call Josh Hoyle on (phone number removed) * Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK to apply for this position
