The successful Site Manager will join an intimate team specialising in bespoke residential one-off builds and refurbishment projects throughout Surrey, the home counties, London and Surrey, The company have recently secured over GBP12 million pounds worth of new work with multiple more tenders out and current projects still ongoing. They rsquo;ve been established for over 10 years delivering high end residential new builds and refurbishments across prime central London, Surrey and the home counties. With a proven methodology in delivering a level above in terms of finish, they rsquo;re a collaborative bunch that want success for the team and client. The Site Manager rsquo;s Role The successful site manager will be based on site near Beacosnfield. You will be responsible for day to day running of the site - A GBP3million new build Ultra Modern, contemporary and beautfiully designed project . You rsquo;ll have the support of a floating contracts manager and a direct line into the construction director. The Site Manager ndash; Requirements High end residential experience New Build experience SMSTS Excellent organisational team management skills Good computer skills A previous joinery / carpentry background is beneficial.
