Create and implement effective Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the SEN team. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and progress. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support the holistic development of students with SEN.Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. Experience working with students with SEN preferred. Understanding of different SEN profiles and strategies to support diverse learning needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
