We are a Supported Living provider looking after a client with Autism and moderate learning disabilities who lives in their own home with their sibling. Work in the beautiful village of Great Wakering with access to our client rsquo;s car to enjoy outings in the community together. This is a lovely role where reassurance, continuity and consistency are vital to their daily routine, and you will be able to make a real difference. Your role as Support Worker will involve one-to-one support, prompting with personal care, preparing food and drinks and medication. You will need a Full UK Driving Licence to drive the client rsquo;s car to enable our client rsquo;s to attend day centres that they visit several times a week. If you are an experienced Support Worker who is committed, caring and enthusiastic then this role is made for you. Various regular shift patterns and rotas available: There are short and long shifts available which include 08:30 ndash; 10:30, 8:30 -15:30, 15:30 ndash; 22:00 22:00 ndash; 07:00 (sleep in).
