ROLE: SERVICE MANAGER / CARE HOME MANAGER LOCATION: BUILTH WELLS, WALES SALARY: GBP47.2K PER ANNUM HOURS: 37.5 HOURS FULL TIME - PERMANENT Coben Healthcare, are excited to support a Leading Nationwide Care Company who put their employees at the heart of what they do; a true family which is then reflected in the quality of care provided across their Care Homes for the elderly, Specialist dementia units, MH Units and more. Our client is seeking a proven, Service Manager, for their medium sized residential care home with state-of-the-art facilities delivering specialist care residential services. Benefits To You: * Employee Ownership Trust Supported Career Progression Plans * 35 days annual leave * GP online - providing around the clock GP consultation via an interactive app * Retail/Leisure/Holiday and travel discounts Your Role: * Authentic leader, inspiring role model to run and manage the Service with the support of an established team. * To become the person in charge responsible for the day-to-day running of the Service with 24 hour responsibility for the care of the Service Users * To manage the effective use of resources, including the financial performance of the Service, and maintain high levels of occupancy * To provide improvement, independence and choice for Service Users. * To comply with all regulatory and legislative requirements at all times and in particular the CIW for the Registration and Inspection of Nursing Homes guidelines. * To be a visible and positive role model for all employees, being approachable and providing a regular presence and visibility with all levels of employees as well as being consistent in all actions and decisions * To develop a culture of continuous quality improvement, using the framework of clinical governance * To manage effectively the Service rsquo;s budgets and deliver the Key Performance Indicators set for the Service.
