Site document admin

Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for a Site Document Admin on a 12-month contract based in Central Norfolk. This position is INSIDE IR35 Responsibilities and Accountabilities: * Administrates and maintains the documentation at site using the Site Drawing Index (SDI) * Records, check out and stamps Construction * Drawings for the Site team * Coordinates with the Project Office in * Transmittal of drawings to site via the use of * The Document Management tool * Ensures the availability of the up to date * Supports the collation of red-lines at site and manages them. Key responsibilities and Deliverables: * Construction/porta cabin site experience - this is required * Be able to handle the environment. * Document control systems experience (Aconex). * Excel knowledge * Red line knowledge required - usually obtained through Construction
