What you will be doing: Our Parts Team is an integral part of the whole dealership. As one of our Parts Advisors, you will liaise daily, with the external customers, workshop technicians, service, and sales teams. bull; Manage and distribute parts orders from customers and other departments. Respond to internal and external parts enquiries bull; Deliver parts daily to the workshop bull; Prepare purchase orders, invoices, parts issue sheets, delivery notes and all relevant documentation bull; Handle, protect and package parts and check, inspect and test incoming, outgoing and stock parts What we need from you: bull; Previous parts experience within the automotive sector is essential bull; Excellent communication skills, both in person and on the telephone bull; Computer literate, including MS Office packages bull; High level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail bull; A UK driving licence would be preferred; but not essential Our commitment to excellence has been recognised by prestigious accolades, including the Great Place to Work awards consecutively; in 2022 and 2023.
