Assistant employment advisor

The role of Assistant Employment Advisor is to support our participants to find and sustain employment. Working alongside our Employment Advisors, you rsquo;ll provide direct support to participants by supporting their job search and identifying appropriate self-development opportunities. You rsquo;ll also organise and conduct job-club activities, either on a one-to-one or group basis, where you rsquo;ll help with CVs and job-applications. We rsquo;re open to various backgrounds and experiences as we are able to provide superb on-the-job training. We rsquo;re not looking for someone who ticks every box, just so long as you have an engaging personality, are comfortable working with a diverse group of people, and can provide a warm and welcoming experience to help our customers in their first steps back into employment.
