Role: Senior Design Manager Location: Birmingham Offer: GBP55,000 to GBP75,000 + GBP5,400 car/travel allowance, pension, healthcare, hybrid working, work life balance, career progression more. The Senior Design Manager will quickly become an integral member of the site team working on the refurbishment of a major healthcare facility that serves the West Midlands. As a Senior Design Manager, some of your key duties will include: Ensuring compliance with CDM 2015 regulations Ensuring compliance with the Building Safety Act Providing designs that meet the clients specifications and budgets Offering advice and guidance to the site teams with feasible design solutions Senior Design Managers considering this opportunity will need to have worked as a Design Manager for a UK based main contractor. Candidates that have previously worked on healthcare projects and with knowledge of NHS health building notes (HBN) and health technical memoranda (HTM) will be at an advantage.
