Opportunity to start permanent employment ASAP Basic salary of Circa GBP40,000 per annum Pool car Access to undertake a range of training and professional qualifications Working for a Global FM service provider on a blue-chip client site Your role Your role will be based in Oldham covering multiple education sites. You will be responsible for: Managing a full TFM contract across a multi-site contract Management of H S and compliance Building maintaining key stakeholder relationships across the contract Managing PPM schedules Attending regular meetings with key stakeholders Providing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports About you Experience as a Facilities Manager - Ideally within the education sector Experienced in PFI contracts or managing complex contracts Previous experience of managing budgets You #39;ll also have experience of managing hard services A strong personality to deal with a wide range of stakeholders and to ensure that delivery of objectives are achieved.
