Technical services manager

Overview Do you have a specialism in hard services and are looking to join an exciting mixed-use shopping centre? You could be the new Technical Services Manager of one of the largest shopping centres in the East Midlands, playing a key role in the senior leadership team onsite. You would also be working with one of the top managing agents within the UK, who manage a variety of assets in the UK worldwide. Your responsibilities will be: * Technical services leadership and management across the entire shopping centre. * Full accountability for the technical side of service charge budgets, CAPEX, and OPEX. * Manage the M E service providers, oversee shop fits, and ensure Health Safety compliance. This role offers the opportunity to: * Join an esteemed property management company, with one of the largest portfolios in the UK, with potential to progress in the future. * Lead technical solutions and implement best practices collaborate in a dynamic team and grow professionally. * Oversee some major planned developments, including new retail tenants and the replacement of internal systems. The right candidate will be: * Experienced in engineering with relevant qualifications or industry knowledge. * A proven manager of maintenance contracts and contractor supervision. * Skilled in working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including those at site level and within the asset management team. * Self-motivated, with strong leadership and communication skills, while being committed to customer service excellence health and safety compliance (preferably NEBOSH).
