Position Type: Self employed freelance, with the opportunity for permanent placement Salary: GBP240 per day Location: Central London Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Manager with expertise in drylining to oversee and manage construction projects effectively. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of drylining techniques, materials, and processes, coupled with excellent leadership and organizational skills. Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgetary constraints, and quality standards Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on site Provide leadership and guidance to site staff, motivating teams to achieve project objectives efficiently Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, and budgets Proactively resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during the construction process Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to address project requirements and maintain strong relationships Requirements: Previous experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on drylining projects Trade background in drylining SMSTS First Aid Valid CSCS card and relevant construction qualifications are desirable
