Infrastructure engineer or senior engineer

My client is looking for a Civil Infrastructure Engineer to join their team based in Glasgow. Candidates will have as much of the following experience as possible; middot;BEng/MEng degree in Civil Engineering middot; Industry experience in appropriate Civil Engineering design middot;Near / or chartered with ICE preferable middot;Experience in variety of project types: commercial / retail / industrial / residential / leisure etc (Civils associated with Building structures type developments preferable) middot;Experience in the use of Micro Drainage / Info Drainage middot;Comfortable with developing drainage strategy schemes middot;Comfortable with reviewing existing / proposed levels and earthworks / cut + fill estimates middot;Experience using Civils 3D preferable middot;Comfortable with reviewing SI reports / incorporating findings into design proposals middot;Experience in the design of roads including section 56 / RCC applications middot;Experience in dealing with Scottish Water - PDE applications / From B #39;s etc middot;Experience in producing drainage strategy flood risk statement reports in support of planning middot;Experience dealing with SEPA middot;Commercial awareness / Experience in working with clients directly preferable middot;Open to gaining structural engineering design experience (with support / training) middot;Friendly approach, keen to learn and also mentor others middot;Proactive and keen to progress their career middot;Would fit in with company ethos / culture Role Responsibilities: middot;The day to day responsibility/running of applicable projects. middot;Working with / supporting Project Engineers, Assistant/Graduate Engineers Technicians and Technical staff. middot;Ensuring that the preparation of all design calculations, detail drawings, specifications, reports and health and safety aspects are in accordance with Client requirements and National Standards. middot;Implementation of Project Quality Plans. middot;Implementation of the Company #39;s Quality Management System. middot;Control, issue and updating of all drawings and documentation in accordance with the Quality Management System. middot;Monitoring the activities of Technicians and Drafting staff. middot;Attendance of all relevant Client, Design Team and Site meetings.
