Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with teachers to support lesson delivery and classroom activities. Provide targeted one-on-one or small group support to students as directed by teachers. Implement behavior support strategies in alignment with school policies to maintain a positive learning environment. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential. Demonstrated genuine passion for education and commitment to student well-being. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic educational environment. Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and other support staff for student success.
