Job Description Private Patient Co-Ordinator Duchy Hospital Part time hours ndash; 22.5 hours per week An exciting opportunity has arisen at Duchy Hospital for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills to join our Private Patient Team. You will be responsible for handling enquiries, booking outpatient appointments and following up patients rsquo; journey through to surgery. You will provide high levels of customer service when handling enquiries and providing quotes to potential Ramsay patients. The successful applicant will liaise with self-pay and medically insured patients, local hospital teams, Consultants and Medical Secretaries to grow private patient admissions. In addition to this, you will support the Private Patient Team by attending promotional events in line with our local and corporate business development strategies. The working hours will be three days a week, and may include occasional evenings and weekends for promotional events. The JAG Accredited Day Theatre/Endoscopy Unit delivers upper and lower GI Endoscopy and local anaesthetic surgery across a range of specialities including hand surgery and dermatology procedures.
