Key Responsibilities: * Plan, deliver, and assess engaging Geography lessons in accordance with the national curriculum. * Foster a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and achievement. * Adapt teaching methods to cater to a diverse range of learning styles and abilities. * Inspire a love for Geography and promote a deeper understanding of the subject. * Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback and support for improvement. * Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources. * Contribute to the school #39;s extracurricular activities and educational programs. Qualifications and Skills: * QTS (Qualified Teacher Status). * Proven experience teaching Geography at the secondary level. * Strong subject knowledge and a passion for the subject matter. * Excellent classroom management and communication skills. * Dedication to student success and the ability to inspire and motivate. * Commitment to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning. * Enthusiasm for participating in school-wide initiatives and professional development.
