Responsibilities: * Coordinating general daily enquires from customers. * Keeping up to date the company schedules and forecast * Having full knowledge of tariff rates for individual customers * Attending customer meetings and holding conference calls as required * Ensuring customers rsquo; expectations are managed and exceeded. * You will be responsible for processing Timesheets and Sales Invoices including maintaining accurate financial records * You will be part of the Project team supporting all departments and maintaining company services commercially The Person * Proactive with the ability to time manage, coordinate and problem solve * Excellent IT skills Excel ability. * Excellent organisational and communication skill with the ability to efficiently coordinate and work on multiple tasks simultaneously in a highly deadline driven environment Benefits * Excellent career progression within the renewable/offshore industry * Excellent team environment * Career progression * Annual Bonus * Paid overtime available if wanted * Excellent Pension
