Interaction Recruitment are working with a well established company based in Alfreton who due to expansion are looking for a CNC Miller to join their growing team on a permanent basis. Position: CNC Miller Location: Alfreton Salary: GBP30,000 - GBP38,000 Day shift pattern - 6-2 or 2-10pm (Mon-Thurs) - 6-11:30 or 11:30 - 5pm (Fridays) Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC milling machines, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards. Perform regular maintenance and inspections on machinery to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with colleagues to optimise manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement. Always adhere to safety protocols and procedures. Requirements: Proven experience as a CNC Miller, with expertise in operating Mazak or Fanuc machinery. trong attention to detail and ability to work with tight tolerances. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machinery issues. Willingness to work night shifts and flexibility to adapt to changing production demands.
