Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer Core Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 17:00pm Location: London South East areas (Reading, Slough Maidenhead) Duties Responsibilities bull; Air Conditioning Maintenance: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and repairs on a range of air conditioning systems, including split units, VRV/VRF systems, AHU DX condensers. bull; Fault Diagnosis: Conduct thorough diagnostic and troubleshooting activities to identify and rectify faults in AC systems, VRV/VRF systems, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency. bull; Compliance and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including FGAS, service reports, PPM schedules, and equipment performance. Always adhere to industry regulations and health and safety guidelines. Personal Specification: bull; AC Engineering Expertise: Evidenced experience in maintaining, servicing, and fault-finding on VRV/VRF system AC systems. bull; Technical Knowledge: Proficient in diagnosing electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration faults within VRV/VRF AC systems. bull; Client Communication: Provide excellent customer service, liaising with clients as required to address any concerns or maintenance-related issues. bull; Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other engineers, technicians, contractors, and management to ensure efficient execution and successful completion of maintenance tasks. Essential Qualifications: bull; Possess relevant industry qualifications (e.g., NVQ/C G Level 2/3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent). bull; Current Valid F-Gas certification. bull; Awareness of health and safety laws and regulations relating to AC engineering and maintenance activities. bull; Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients team members
