Position: Sport Coach/Cover Supervisor Location: Teesside, North Yorkshire Salary: GBP100 per day Start date: ASAP Role and Responsibilities: As a Sports Coach/Cover Supervisor, you will have the exciting opportunity to transfer your passion for sports and coaching into the education sector. Your main responsibilities will include: Delivering pre-planned lessons and supervising classroom activities during teacher absences. Maintaining a positive and engaging classroom environment that encourages student learning and participation. Building rapport with students and promoting positive behaviour management. Supporting students with their learning, offering guidance and assistance as needed. Adhering to school policies and procedures while fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment. Qualifications and Skills: We are looking for individuals who possess the following qualities: Previous experience as a sports coach or educator. Enthusiasm for working with young people and a genuine desire to contribute to their education and personal development. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and inspire students. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage classroom activities effectively. Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school settings on both short and long-term placements.
