Graduate building surveyor

Graduate Building Surveyor required for a new position with a dynamic and highly rated Building Consultancy based in Birmingham city centre. With a nationwide presence supported by a number of offices across the country this firm of Building and Cost Consultants actually had a very successful year last year despite all the adversity faced. In fact the Birmingham office had their most successful year yet in performance on fee income. This team offers a wide range of different surveys and projects including work in dilapidations, a full range of surveys and inspections, party wall as well as Project Management. Their clients cross a wide variety of different sectors. For this new role we #39;re looking for a recent Graduate with a good degree in Building Surveying ideally from a RICS accredited course. Any experience would be great but isn #39;t a requirement. We #39;ll be looking for an enthusiastic and confident individual with strong communication skills and a commitment to working towards gaining your MRICS professional qualification. You will have the opportunity to gain experience across the full range of professional Building Consultancy and Project work and will join a close knit and successful team offering real prospects for growth and promotion. For this role you must already be based within commuting distance of Birmingham city centre. You will need a full uk driving license
