Senior Care Assistant (days) ndash; 42 hours p/w - GBP15.21 ph (paid breaks) ndash; Outskirts of Oxford A brand new, luxury care home in the west outskirts of Oxford requires an enthusiastic and highly motivated Senior Care Assistant to lead a team of care assistants. Role Responsibilities: * Planning and implementing the kind of care that will give residents a real sense of security, dignity and independence * Maintaining accurate records * Assisting the Registered Nurse and Care Manager, you will be involved in providing essential physical and mental stimulation through a range of social and recreational activities, as well as administering medication * Supporting a team of Care Assistants, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of care and you rsquo;ll be a real influence on the rest of the team Requirements: * A brilliant positive energy and natural ability to get along with people * Good at record keeping and able to manage your time effectively * Excellent verbal communication and listening skills * An S/NVQ 2 or 3 Diploma in Health Social Care is desirable Please contact Siobhan Dyson at Servisource Healthcare to apply
