Building surveyor

Our client is looking for a building surveyor to join their team. This will be a hybrid role and the successful candidate must be happy to travel. This role will cover our clients North West and North East region. With opportunities to work on a wide range of projects, including Technical Due Diligence and Forensic Surveying commissions, across different sectors. This is an excellent opportunity to propel your career as a building surveyor. Key responsibilities: Assist with developing detailed briefs in collaboration with the client and senior colleagues Carry out site surveys (including measured surveys, condition surveys and defect analysis) Undertake design and specification work and assist with preparing tender information Assist with administering building contractsYou will need: BSc in Building Surveying or equivalent At an advanced stage for the APC Final Assessment with RICS, CIOB, similar, or recently qualified. Have experience of advising on commercial properties either in public or private sector Good Auto CAD skills and ability to work with new software and platforms to improve efficiency Full UK Driving LicenceOn offer is a competitive salary and excellent benefits.
