Customer service assistant

Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working with a successful home improvement business based in Blackpool. They are looking to recruit a customer service assistant to join their team and help with the demand of the business. Our client has been trading for almost 30 years in the domestic and trade market. They are known for their excellent product variety and customer service experience. The right candidate for this role will come have a background in the home improvement sector within a customer service role. The role: * Be first point of contact for customers via phone, email and face to face * Deal with enquiries and complaints in a timely manner * Maintain a friendly manner and calm, positive demeanour when handling complaints * Transfer calls to the desired persons * Give quotations if needed and check product availability * Provide product information and recommendations to customers * Training will be given where needed The candidate: * Have current or previous experience working within a customer service role * Experience working in the home improvement industry, specifically windows and doors * Have excellent customer service and communication skills * Be able to use own initiative and work within a team If you would like to find out more about this role, please click lsquo;apply rsquo; or contact Martyn at Chase Taylor Recruitment and quote reference number MM3770
