Teaching assistant

Ideally, the school would like their Teaching Assistant applicant to have a Level 2 TA qualification, however relevant experience really is the key component, should you not have these qualifications. You will have the following capabilities in order to be successful in this Teaching Assistant role: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a smilar setting. Experience in Phonics. Strong communicator who is able to work alongside and support teaching staff. Ability to work as part of a team. Excellent behaviour management strategies. Set high expectations at all times. Willing to embrace all elements of school life, and go above and beyond standard classroom expectations. Capable in Maths English, and comfortable with the curriculum across all key stages.As the successful Teaching Assistant you will be part of a fun, caring and passionate team, working with children who genuinely want to learn and achieve.
