Have a minimum of three years of full-time senior experience in a similar role Be flexible in working hours, including shift work Thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service Possess fluent English, both verbal and written Exhibit a can-do attitude and the ability to work independently Have an outgoing and friendly personality Be able to take direction and enjoy a customer-focused environment Hold a valid working visa and currently live in Ireland Fluent in English What will your role look like? Provide excellent customer service to guests Prepare and serve drinks Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed Handle cash transactions and operate the till accurately Train and supervise junior staff members Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required What can you expect in return?
