Description Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking Analyse financial data and create financial models for decision support Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecasts Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures Recommend actions by analysing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededProfile A successful Finance Analyst should have: Exposure in a Finance Analyst or Management Accountant role (minimum 3 years) Strong proficiency in Excel and financial software applications Outstanding analytical and strategic thinking skills Strong written and verbal communication skills A high level of commercial acumen A strong work ethic and a passion for financeJob Offer A generous salary between GBP37,000 - GBP43,000 depending on experience A supportive and inclusive work culture Hybrid working (3 days office) Well equipped and modern offices Opportunities for professional growth and development A competitive benefits packageWe encourage all suitable candidates who have the relevant experience to apply for this role ASAP to avoid disappointment
