Job Title: Business Studies and IT Teacher Location: Wigan Start Date: September 2024 Salary: GBP180-GBP200 per day (dependant on experience) Are you a passionate and dedicated Business Studies and IT Teacher with a proven track record in strong behaviour management? We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Secondary School Business Studies and IT Teacher to join an OFSTED rated #39;Good #39; school in Wigan. This is a temporary position starting September up until at the end of the academic year. Key Responsibilities: - Planning and preparing Business Studies and IT lessons up to KS4 level. - Utilize strong behaviour management strategies to ensure a conducive atmosphere for learning. - Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic and personal development. - Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support. - Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the overall success of the Business Studies and IT department and the school. Requirements: - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a PGCE in Secondary Education. Must specialise in Business Studies and IT - A valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) certificate or a willingness to obtain one before starting.
