Job description:

We are looking for a Senior Multi Trader / Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative in Aylesford. The work will consist of completing aftercare maintenance around the Southeast of England (e.g. Kent, Surrey, Essex, Sussex, some areas of London). You will be expected to carry out Multi-Trade services including but not limited to carpentry, tiling, tape and jointing, and painting and decorating. Previous Multi-Trade experience is compulsory; must be able to communicate effectively with customers. Be reliable and have a proactive approach. You must also have a full clean UK Driving License and a Valid CSCS, or willingness to obtain one. Some benefits included are: Company-provided vehicle and fuel card, workplace pension scheme, encouragement training providid to upskill and progress within the company, Saturday overtime at X 1.5 pay rate.
