Food production operative

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Process Worker to join our team. As a Process Worker, you will play a crucial role in the food production process, ensuring quality and efficiency in our operations. Responsibilities: - Operate and monitor production machinery in accordance with established procedures - Prepare and Mix ingredient #39;s for desired product. Decanting ingrediants - Follow strict food safety protocols and guidelines - Following recipes to create sauces - Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet standards - Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets Requirements: - Prior experience in food production or a related field is preferred - Knowledge of food safety practices, including HACCP principles - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions accurately Nice-to-Have Skills: - Familiarity with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) standards - Understanding of food production processes and industry regulations Join our client as a Process Worker and be part of a dynamic environment where your contributions make a difference in delivering high-quality products to our customers. Working 4 on 4 off (Apply online only) Paid weekly, once trained after 3 months the hourly rate will rise to skilled operative, following 6 months of training completed you will be able to achieve Multi skilled rate at GBP14.40 per hour.
