Regional commercial manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join a UK leading Main Contractor (which self-deliver MEP) that operate across the UK with a turnover exceeding GBP2billion. About the role of a Regional Commercial Manager: As the Regional Commercial Manager, you will be expected to manage a team of MEP commercial staff in self-delivering several projects within the Commercial and Residential sectors in London. The role will encompass both work winning and the delivery of live projects whilst providing strong functional leadership, management, governance, and excellence for all commercial activities pre and post contract, across a portfolio of projects. Responsibilities for Regional Commercial Manager - Manage a team of around 12 commercial staff members - Responsible for 7-8 live projects with values ranging from GBP12m to GBP50 M E - Actively engage with all internal and external stakeholders and ensure that the commercial function within the business unit effectively supports the other functions such as, Design, Operations and Pre-Construction as required - Drive clear strategy on commercial delivery, customer engagement and repeat business whilst managing, training, and developing the wider Commercial Teams. - Agree project profit plans and Stretch profit plans and monitor throughout the procurement and construction process.
