Job: Electrician Area: Leamington Spa Salary: GBP39,000 - GBP43,000 Role: Social housing reactive maintenance My client are specialists in social housing reactive maintenance services in both the public and private sectors. They have more than 30 years rsquo; experience working across all property sectors including housing associations, domestic, and local authorities. We have the capacity and capability to provide a first-rate service in a diverse range of works and this is demonstrated by the successful completion of numerous contracts during our time in business. Due to expansion and growth, there is a great opportunity for a electrician to join. This role is within the social housing reactive maintenance sector covering testing repairs to various domestic properties. These positions are perm and you will be provided with a van, fuel card, pensions, holiday Duties include: * Repairs to domestic properties * EICR #39;s * Fault finding etc Requirements: * 18th edition * 2391 * NVQ L3 or AM2 * Social housing/domestic experience Job Type: Full-time Schedule: * Monday to Friday
