If you have a background in education or the like sector and a desire to inspire and empower students, we want to hear from you! What We #39;re Looking For: Experience working with young people Strong organisational skills and excellent communication abilities Passion for working with and supporting children Interest in supporting students with a range of SEND Experience in behavioural management (desirable but not essential) Ability to provide teaching referencesYour Role with Us: Support the class teacher and fellow teaching assistants in daily classroom activities Assist students during lessons and school activities Manage personalised learning plans based on individual needs Deliver 1:1 or small group activities to support student development Collect evidence of student work for assessment purposes Provide emotional and behavioural support for young people across all age ranges.
