They #39;re taking part in a trial of the 4-Day Working Week, meaning that you could be working one day less a week (or equivalent). 4DWW will be rolled out within their school, when they have a full complement of staff, and within the next year - so there #39;s never been a more exciting time to join The Role SEN Primary Teacher (FTC Maternity Cover) Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am-4.30pm (4pm Friday) Contract Fixed Term, Term Time only As a SEN Primary Teacher, you will take a creative approach to teaching pupils according to their educational needs, ensuring delivery of the school curriculum in a way that maximises pupil #39;s achievement and ability to develop. This is a great opportunity for a Primary Teacher who wants to spend less time on paperwork and more time developing creative learning opportunities for pupils with varied and complex needs. Essential skills and experience * QTS * Experience of Primary Education Desirable: * SEN experience * SEN or other related qualification * 2 or more years classroom experience preferably in primary education The School The School is an independent special school for young people aged 8 -18 years with social, emotional and mental health difficulties.
