Senior Health and Safety Advisor ndash; Chelmsford ndash; Up to GBP55,000 ndash; Manufacturing The Senior Health and Safety Advisor will: Promote effective EHS Management including influencing ldquo;behaviour rdquo; and promoting a culture of continuous improvement across the site Ensure that all EHS policies, procedures, rules, and regulations are reviewed, updated, and communicated Work alongside the organisations rsquo; key stakeholders and the wider business to implement a positive safety strategy Ensure risk assessments and safe working procedures are completed and reviewed within relevant timescales Proactively support management with risk assessments, audits and inspections across the site and create action plans for improvements The successful Senior Health and Safety Advisor will have: NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent qualification as a minimum Effective communication skills 3-4 years rsquo; experience in an operational Health and Safety role Knowledge of ISO management systems What makes this a great opportunity: You will be working with established world-famous brands with some very high profile and confidential projects There is flexibility within the role with working hours increasing a work life balance The established HSE Team are incredibly supportive of one another with room for internal progression You will develop and grow your career within an international company There will be funding for extra qualifications as you progress your career The opportunity to really make a difference on site through operational Health and Safety Offering a salary of up to GBP55,000 plus the opportunity, this is a fantastic opportunity to join an innovative and established business in a rewarding and varied role.
