We are looking for a Retail Sales Advisor 30 hours a week, across 5 days, there will be some weekends and bank holiday working. What will I be doing as a Retail Sales Advisor? You rsquo;ll be the foundation of the store so customer focus will be your number priority offering a welcoming experience for all that enter the store You rsquo;ll spend time with our customers giving them support and advice on their purchasing needs You rsquo;ll get to know your local community and spend time contacting them to raise awareness of your store and the vast range of products we stock, always encouraging them to come and visit You rsquo;ll contact previous customers of the store to let them know about special promotions and new product lines You rsquo;ll produce quotes for large and more complex orders and track those through to completion What can I expect working a Retail Sales Advisor at Nisbets? Competitive hourly rate of GBP11.70 Performance related bonus paid quarterly which can typically add GBP1500 onto your annual salary (pro rata for part time) 20 days holiday plus an attendance Bonus which can mean up to 4 days additional annual leave or a cash payment. We look for natural communicators, someone who is a personable and sociable individual and wants to work for an ever-growing business. We need a good level of IT Literacy as you will be preparing quotes for customers and operating different systems and using Excel, Word and outlook.
