This role is working with a busisiness who operates UK wide and are growing continuously due to their on going success and are looking for experienced sales individuals who want to earn well through their resilience and tenacity to succeed. Some in the business are earning incredibly well through this so this isn #39;t an opportunity to be missed! Role: Sales Executive Location: Outskirts of Bristol Package: Average of GBP68,540 however, there are people who have been there for 2 years + now earning GBP100k+ A lot less weekends are worked which is a big benefit they offer given the industry they operate in! Job description: * Making calls to new and existing sales leads over the phone * Being responsible for guiding the customer through the sales process while ensuring you are meeting the customer #39;s needs * Pursuing every new business lead with tenacity and closing the deal at every opportunity * Propose options and offers for vehicles within the fleet and ensure the correct information is provided to both the customer and the administration department * Ensure you are using your training and knowledge to close the deal on the phone while ensuring all the information is provided in a concise and clear manner Experience required: * Demonstrate clear sales experience within new business, cross selling and upselling * Experience developing strong relationships * Experience working within a target driven environment * Motor trade experience would be beneficial however, not essential * Can do attitude to do their best in a busy environment * Clear experience in being resilient at all times * Fast paced attitude This is not an opportunity to be missed!
