As a KS2 Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside experienced teachers to support students with their learning and provide valuable classroom assistance. Responsibilities: Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons Provide one-to-one and small group support to students Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers Assist with classroom management and behaviour management Help with marking and assessment tasks Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required Requirements: A minimum of a bachelor #39;s degree Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the school Some previous experience working with children or young people is desirable This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, during term time only and pays GBP80 - GBP90 per day (depending on experience).
