The Construction Project Manager Role The Construction Project Manager will handle a variety of projects in retail, commercial office, residential, education, leisure, and healthcare sectors. Key responsibilities include: Leading projects through different stages of the construction process. Acting as a key communication link between clients, professional team members, and contractors. Ensuring projects are tailored to meet specific business objectives of clients. Adopting a proactive approach to project management to maintain high standards.The Construction Project Manager Holds an MSc/BSc Degree in Project Management or a related field. Is ideally Chartered (RICS/APM/CIOB) or working towards accreditation. Can handle most or all RIBA stages. Has a consultancy background with experience in diverse projects within the build sector.
